Privacy Policy

• Account info — your email, and if you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, the name and email those providers share with us.
• Usage data — which itches you bookmark, unlock, or generate a deep-dive report for.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, only that a payment succeeded and which plan you bought.
• Anything you submit — itch suggestions, investor access requests, or support messages, including any email or text you enter in those forms.
• Basic analytics— aggregate, anonymised page views (via Vercel Analytics) so we know what's working.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it for anything beyond running Crack On and improving the board.

Only the services that make the product work: Supabase (accounts and login), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (generating your deep-dive reports), Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each only sees what it needs to do its job.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party ad-tracking cookies.

You can ask us to export or delete your account and everything tied to it at any time — email hello@crackon.app and we'll action it within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
